Should Children be the #1 Priority of the City?

Sean Elsbernd is a member of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors, representing District 7. He is a shrewd analyzer of the budget and a board member who requires value for taxpayer’s dollars spent.
He ran afoul of the parent and school community last year when he re-appropriated $2 million of prop H money that had be slated to go to the school district. This year he voted in favor of a non-binding resolution calling upon the school district to guarantee local school assignment. Sean is also the author of law that bans catering trucks during the hours of 7 AM – 5 PM in 90% of San Francisco and urges any one who opposes that ban to email him at Sean.Elsbernd@sfgov.org .
We discuss these issues, as well as students riding free on Muni, Muni service, the Recreation and Park District, real estate development, library hours cut backs, Public Health helping the school children and more. Sean Elsbernd- Should children be the first priority of the city?
